Privacy Policy

Beralo Studio (“Beralo”, “we”, “us”) is a Mac application published by ThinksView. We built it local-first: your listing work stays on your machine, and we collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we do and don't handle.

What stays on your device

Your projects, screenshots, rendered assets, listing copy, in-app purchase metadata, and your store credentials (App Store Connect API key, Google Play service account) are stored locally on your Mac. We never receive them. The only listing data that leaves your machine is what you choose to publish, which goes directly from your Mac to Apple and Google using your own credentials.

Information we collect

Account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to identify your account and resolve your plan. We do not post on your behalf or access any other Google data.

Payment. Purchases are processed by PayPal. We receive a payment confirmation tied to your account email so we can activate Pro. We never receive or store your card number or PayPal login credentials.

Diagnostics. The app may send anonymous, aggregated usage and reliability events (for example, which features are used and whether an action succeeded) so we can fix bugs and improve the product. These do not include your listing content or credentials.

How we use your information

We use the limited data above to authenticate you, unlock the features you paid for, keep Pro in sync across your Macs, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors: Google (sign-in), PayPal (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting of our licensing API and this website). Each processes data only as needed to provide its part of the service.

Data retention

We keep your account and entitlement record while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time (see Contact). Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Beralo Studio is a professional developer tool and is not directed to children under 16.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
