Terms of Service

Last updated June 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of Beralo Studio (“Beralo”), a Mac application published by ThinksView (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

The full editor — capture, render, localized copy, and local export — is free to use. Pro features (one-click publishing to the App Store and Google Play, pre-publish diff, history, rollback, and watermark-free exports) unlock on the Google account you sign in with, either through an annual subscription (Pro stays active while the subscription is active) or a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks Pro, including all future updates. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app; you may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it except where the law permits.

Your content and publishing

You own and are responsible for everything in your project folders and for everything you publish to the App Store and Google Play through your own store credentials. You are responsible for complying with Apple's and Google's policies and for ensuring you have the rights to the content you publish. Beralo acts only as a tool you operate.

Acceptable use

Don't use Beralo to publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to our services.

Payments & subscriptions

Payments are processed by PayPal in the stated currency; applicable taxes may be added depending on your location. The annual plan starts with a free trial, then automatically renews each year until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your PayPal account and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. The lifetime option is a single one-time charge.

Refund policy

If a lifetime purchase doesn't work for you, email support@thinksview.com within 14 days and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. For subscriptions, cancel anytime to stop future renewals; we don't generally refund a billing period already started. Where mandatory consumer law gives you a longer cancellation or refund right, that law prevails over this policy.

Disclaimers

Beralo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that a publish will be accepted by Apple or Google, or that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for reviewing the pre-publish diff before you publish.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinksView will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ThinksView at its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
